This is an awesome trail along the Blue Ridge Parkway (south of Boone) and the one featured in the photo at the top of my blog. There is nothing cooler than sleeping in your tent at the Julian Price Campground, drinking coffee and eating pancakes around a campfire first thing in the morning, and then taking off on a point-to-point run on the Tanawha. It varies in terms of runnability (I’ve run the NE half), but one day I’d like to run the whole thing, about 13.5 mi.
